Shipping policy

Kolde does not ship parcels. Every rental is delivered by hand, installed at your bedside and collected at the end of the period by a member of our team. Delivery, installation, the walkthrough and collection are included in the rental price. There is nothing extra to pay.

Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Most of our deliveries are in Dubai, and we also serve Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Tell us your address when you book and we will confirm the delivery slot with you.

Where we can deliver to

We deliver to your home, and we also deliver directly to a hospital room or a clinic. You can receive the device before your surgery, or after your discharge. Tell us your preference when you book.

Lead time

Please allow a minimum of 48 hours between your order and your delivery. Ideally, book at least one week before your surgery: it lets us organise the delivery calmly and guarantee that the device is available on the date you want.

How delivery works

After your order you receive a confirmation email with your delivery date and time slot. A member of our team comes to the address you gave us, installs the device, fits the anatomical wrap and shows you how to run a session. They arrive with a first bag of ice so you can start straight away.

A QR code on the device gives you access at any time to the user guide and the tutorial video for your joint. Our team stays reachable on WhatsApp throughout your rental.

If you are not there

Nothing is lost and nothing is charged. Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as you can and we will reschedule the delivery for a slot that suits you.

Ice

The first bag of ice is included with your delivery. For the following sessions we recommend ordering ice through the Careem app. A standard 2 kg bag is enough for one session.

Collection

As your rental end date approaches you receive an email with the collection date and time slot. The same team member returns to collect the device. You do not need to prepare anything, we handle it.

Hygiene between rentals

The anatomical wrap is replaced between every patient. The device itself is fully disinfected according to our internal protocol before each new rental.
