Fitting the knee wrap

Position the knee wrap snugly, without folds, fully covering the joint, then connect it to the control unit. Check the fit before every session.

Best practices

Do not over-tighten the wrap: a firm but comfortable hold is enough. Make sure the treatment causes no pain and respect the rest periods. Always run the Compex® session before the cryotherapy session.

Precautions. Contraindicated with Raynaud's syndrome, cryoglobulinemia, cold hypersensitivity, impaired sensation or circulation, without medical advice.

This sheet is the protocol KOLDE hands over with the device. It does not replace the instructions of your surgeon or physiotherapist, who know your procedure.
