The protocol, phase by phase

  1. Week 1

    Muscle activation

    • Program Amyotrophy
    • Session 20 to 30 min, 1 to 2 times a day

Electrode placement

Clean, dry skin. Place the electrodes on the belly of the target muscle (calf, tibialis, peroneals), positive pole on the motor point. Check good contact before every session.

Best practices

Increase the intensity gradually to a firm, comfortable contraction. Stay hydrated and pair the sessions with the prescribed rehabilitation. Always run the Compex® session before the cryotherapy session.

Precautions. Contraindicated with a pacemaker, thrombosis, pregnancy or open wound without medical advice.
